Are there any requirements?
The greatest part of being a Jaycee is that there are no attendance
requirements. You involve yourself as little or as much as you choose.
You'll find that you will get out of this organization much more than
you put in. You choose which projects, events or social functions that
you attend. There are many to choose from, so we're sure you'll find something
that you are interested in or you may even bring a new idea to us!

The Total Jaycee Concept
Friendship - It's often who you know that
matters in life and Jaycees are people who are connected. Serving as a
Jaycee provides the opportunity to develop strong relationships to other
Jaycees who are often people of influence. Members share a very real connection
with all other members, past and present: President Bill Clinton, Domino's
Pizza mogul Tom Monaghan, sports legends like basketball great Larry Bird
- name the field and Jaycees can be found at the forefront.
Community Development - The Jaycees are
community-oriented organization. Participation in projects not only betters
the community, but gives the individual member the opportunity to use
skills learned through Management and Individual Development.
Management Development - The key to any
organization is proper management. The Jaycees provide an excellent opportunity
for one to use and improve his or her management skills. Major emphasis
is placed on financial and personnel management, public relations, planning,
training and communications.

provide an individual with the opportunity for self-improvement. The basic
techniques of speaking before groups, developing leadership abilities,
family life and spiritual development. You can participate in activities
designed to enhance growth as a leader of others, as a Jaycee and as a
